Striving to achieve the highest quality of wine, our vineyards are cultivated with an eye for detail and are given individual attention. Adding natural fertilisers, rigorous pruning, and working the soil on the surface or at depth are all winter occupations of great importance. Each of our plots is carefully cultivated according to its specific needs. In spring, when the growing season begins, disbudding, leaf thinning and lifting operations ensure that the vines flourish and are able to produce the very best grapes.
